1) What is the minimum order quantity / value before we can order?

There is no minimum order quantity and value. However, additional transport charges may apply. We at PTIS try to serve you the best that we can.

2) When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 to 48 hours for us to process and ship your order. This does not include public holidays and the weekends.

3) What are your product warranties and return policies?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to contact a PTIS T&M Customer Service Representative and request for returns. You may send us an email at sales@ptis.my or call us at +607 232 5399 and we will provide instructions for the returns.

4) What forms of payment can I use on your website when making a purchase?
